Hi Ladies!
I’m at the start of my ironman journey and have been very inspired by all of you. I decided to use this year to learn how to swim properly and tackle very long Rides… before trying to run again after a bit of a hiatus.
I signed up for ride London in May, my first 100miler… unfortunately I just tested positive for COVID. I’m so sad! I had just hit 5.5hrs of cycling a week with 2 months to go. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to do it anymore.
Just wondering what others experiences are like. Have any of you been hit with COVID during training? how did you adjust your goals/plans?
