About the event
Salim has kindly offered to host an open water swimming session for the 10IronWomen community. You will learn his tips and advice about how to get used to the water and how to improve technique. Open to all abilities but especially women new to open water swimming.
The cost of the session is £16 which covers the coaching session and entry into the lake.
Spaces are limited so please RSVP as soon as possible. The RSVP link takes you to an Eventbrite page for you to buy your ticket. You also must fill out an online health questionnaire before arrival - you will find the link on Eventbrite.
